President of European Parliament receives Professor Muhammad Yunus

Image Caption: Nobel Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus was received by Mr Martin Schultz, President of European Parliament at his office in Brussels on 24 March 2015. They discussed about creating an European social business program aimed at turning unemployed youth into entrepreneurs, working to provide productive and enjoyable life to old people and microcredit to low- income people to create self-employment. Mr Schultz has accepted Professor Yunus invitation to speak at the Global Social Business Summit to be held in Berlin onNovember 5-6 this year. Professor Yunus addressed a meeting of European parliament members on the need to redesign economics and policies to create a more sustainable world.
