Reception for Wasfia by Professor Yunus

Nobel Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus accorded a reception to Wasfia Nazreen on Thursday at Yunus Centre to celebrate Wasfia having successfully completed her campaign to climb the seven highest summits on the seven continents. Wasfia presented to Nobel Nobel Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus water from snow taken from Mt Everest as well as flag that she had carried with her to all seven summits. Yunus Centre also facilitated interactions between Wasfia, and young students from different universities of home and abroad, and the staff of Yunus Centre who engaged her into a question and answer session after she shared the exciting stories of her adventures with them.
